I had a restful 2 nights stay in Podstrana. Its location was great and perfect, 10 minutes' drive to Cindro House.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was really close to the beach with clear blue water for swimming and snorkeling. the room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that had amazing views of the sea and surrounding area. the owners of the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making sure that our stay was enjoyable. the pool was small but well-maintained, providing a nice area to relax and cool off.

The difficulty in reaching the hotel from the airport, especially if relying on public transport. the journey took a long time and taxi drivers seemed reluctant to navigate the traffic to get us there.

The owners are very friendly.

I`ve booked the apartment becuase it was stated it is on the beach line. In fact it is 400 meters from the sea and there is a road to cross with very active traffic.

Very pleasant owners, very good air conditioning, good that there were a terrace. Overall everything was rather good.

Very thin walls so you can here almost all what neighbors are saying.

our stay at villa tomasovic with pool in podstrana exceeded our expectations. the owners were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the studio was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony with stunning views of the sea. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. highly recommend!

The location was very convenient - but only once it had been located! Our gps tried to take us the wrong way up narrow one-way streets. Make sure you print out driving directions and don't simply rely on a gps. If you want to eat authentic food, ask the owner for directions to the local Kanoba her family often uses.

it had a quiet setting close to the beach and closest restaurants, a hill with a beautiful view of the ocean, and public transport. there was a clean pool and views of sea and mountains.

The villa is in a perfect location, offering a fantastic view of the sea and nearby islands. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach, and the pool within the villa was divine. The apartments were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owners were communicative, friendly, and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

It's a very nice and confortable villa with a nice garden where we can eat. It's very close of a nice beach and also practic to visit Split (15 min drive).

It was very difficult to find the hotel (we lost almost 2 hours) : the phone number and the email corresponded to an agency that didn't answer to our phone calls or emails and the GPS couldn't find the adress. So, finally we called Booking that gave us a direct phone number of the owner that guided us on how to reach the hotel. We recommended to the owner to put their phone number on the contact on Booking.

Fabulous friendly host who provided us with coffee and delicious fresh strawberries on arrival. Host also recommended Amigos Restaurant which was a 15 minute walk - which could be done along the beach - where we had a delicious evening meal and were attended by a very helpful english speaking waitress. Accommodation within short driving distance to city centre.

Lovely owners, on-site. Studio on top floor, clean and spacious with small shower room, kitchenette, and air-con. Amazing balcony views of sea and surrounding area. Small but clean pool, well maintained. Few minutes walk to beach with clear blue water. Nearby bakery with amazing breads and pastries. Good local bus service to Split and Omis. Ideal for quiet, peaceful holiday. We would definitely stay again.

difficult to find - Booked.net map innacurate( and even google hasnt got all the little lanes in this area )so emailed direct to owners and was given a phone number to call when near so that the owner could come down to the main road and take us to the apartment. This worked ok.

1) Very friendly staff, responsive to problems. For example, we were picked up at the bus station near the villa and brought to the villa by car. 2) Close to the beach. 3) Facilities - air conditioner, fridge, electric oven, crockery; balcony.

1) Uncomfortable beach (though close to the villa), i.e. dirty water, not enough space to swim, almost no trees; very limited number of cafes. 2) Poor English of the staff.
